Custom slaughter and processing services Daily production at CPMI is targeted at 120 animals (beef or bison) per day. However the slaughter line is going to be able to handle up to 35 animals per hour. Again CPMI main business focus will be to provide the best possible custom service like: CFIA registered and EU approved slaughter and meat processing Advanced meat tracking capabilities Yield analysis and custom meat cuts Custom packaging services Grading information back to producers Cooler and freezer storage Logistical and export assistance Continual support by addressing client needs as they arise CPMI service rates will be competitive within the meat industry to give its’ customers the best possible opportunity to succeed within this market place. Custom kill and processing rates will be equal between CPMIs’ customers.
