Daily production at CPM is targeted at 120 animals (beef or bison) per day. However, the slaughter line is capable of handling up to 35 animals per hour.

CPM service rates are competitive within the meat industry to give its’ clients the best possible opportunity to succeed within the marketplace. As well, individual client services may influence the overall custom rates. Specific items that influence rates include:

  • Type of specie and weights
  • Volume of animals
  • Number of cuts required (primal/sub primal)
  • Portion cutting requirements
  • Packaging box material provided by client or CPM
  • Length of cooler and/or freezer storage
  • Organ and/or hide purchase buyback
  • Single meat cut tracking
